- Brownie preparation: In a bowl, melt the chocolate along with the butter. It can be in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Then add the eggs and sifted sugar and mix well. Then add the chocolate powder and wheat flour, both sifted and mix well until the dough is homogeneous. In a greased shape or with butter paper at the bottom, pour the dough and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. After removing from the oven, cut into squares according to the desired size. - Preparation of the Ninho Milk Brigadeiro: In a pan, add the condensed milk, the cream and the Ninho milk. Mix over low heat until you reach the brigadeiro point for stuffing (when it detaches from the bottom of the pan) Reserve the brigadeiro and let it cool
