Brownie Pie with Lemon Mousse

  • Chopped semisweet chocolate400 g
  • Butters5 tablespoon
  • Eggs6 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Butter for greasing to taste
  • Lemon slices and zest for garnish to taste
  • Condensed milk2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1 cup
  1. For the mousse, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice in the blender for 1 minute. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
  2. For the dough, melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie. Transfer to a bowl and with the hand mixer mix the eggs, sugar, flour and yeast until homogeneous.
  3. Transfer to a 24cm diameter shape lined with greased parchment paper and bake in a medium oven. Preheated, for 20 minutes or until set. Remove and let cool and spread with the mousse.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Unmold, and decorate with slices and lemon zest.
