- Chocolate 70% | 150 g
- Coconut oil or butter | 1/2 cup
- Demerara or brown sugar or erythritol | 1/2 cup
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Rice flour | 1/2 cup
- Walnuts and almonds (optional) | to taste
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar, mix in the chocolate and gradually add the flour. In a form put the dough and add chopped almonds and walnuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for 15 to 18 minutes.
