- Butter170 g
- Chocolate powder 50%40 g
- Wheat flour60 g
- Instant coffee1 teaspoon
- In the mixer or by hand with the aid of a whisk, beat the eggs well with the sugar and soluble coffee.
- Then add the melted dark chocolate and butter.
- Add the 50% chocolate powder and mix well.
- Add a pinch of salt and then sift in the flour, mixing gently.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, in a greased shape with chocolate powder; for about 25 to 30 minutes.
