- Egg1 unit(s)
- 100% Cocoa3 tablespoon
- Wholemeal peanut butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Chopped semisweet chocolate4 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Mash the bananas and add the peanut butter. Add the cocoa and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the egg, wheat, honey and mix well. Finally add the yeast and gently incorporate
- Grease a mold (20x18cn) with butter and sprinkle with cocoa. You can use parchment paper too.
- Place in medium oven for 20 min. Remove and let cool. It is creamy and very soft.
- Cut into small pieces and serve with a scoop of ice cream.... Or have it with a cup of coffee.
