- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder 50%1/2 cup
- Take 2 bars of chocolate to the bain-marie along with the butter until it melts.
- In a bowl, pour the eggs and mix well.
- Add the sugar and mix very well
- Add the melted chocolate with the butter
- Then add the 50% chocolate powder and mix well.
- Finally add the unleavened wheat and gently incorporate
- Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder
- Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180 degrees
- Transfer the dough to the already greased form.
- Add half of the remaining chocolate bar to the surface of the dough to decorate.
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
