Butter

Coloque o chocolate e a manteiga para derreter em banho-maria.

Put the chocolate and butter to melt in a water bath.

Enquanto derrete, comece a bater os ovos com o açucar, bata por aprox 5 min.

While melting, start beating the eggs with the sugar, beat for approx 5 min.

Sem parar de bater, junte o chocolate derretido aos ovos.

Whisking constantly, add the melted chocolate to the eggs.

Acrescente a farinha, o sal, a baunilha e o chocolate em pó e misture o suficiente para incorporar.

Add the flour, salt, vanilla and cocoa powder and mix just enough to incorporate.

Asse em forno pré aquecido a 160° por aprox 25min.

Bake in preheated oven at 160° for approx 25min.
