- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- 70% melted cocoa chocolate100 g
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Almond flour1 cup
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Walnuts, almonds and chopped peanuts to taste
- Beat eggs and coconut oil in a blender. Add the melted chocolate and brown sugar and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Take the mixture to a container and add the flour, cocoa, and finally the yeast.
- Pour in a greased shape with coconut oil and cocoa, and put chopped nuts (or whatever you prefer) on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
