Brioche French Toast with Cheese Ice Cream and Guava

Primeiraramente faça o creme para a Rabanada . 
Em um bolw disponha o creme de leite fresco , leite, o ovo e o açúcar refinado , misture bem com a ajuda de um batedor ate ficar homogêneo.
Adicione a fatia de Brioche na mistura de ovo com creme de leite  por aproximadamente 3 min de cada lado da fatia ou ate o pal estar molhado.


First, make the cream for the French Toast.
In a bowl, place the fresh cream, milk, egg and caster sugar, mix well with the help of a whisk until smooth.
Add the Brioche slice to the egg and sour cream mixture for approximately 3 min on each side of the slice or until the pal is wet.


Em uma frigideira de teflon coloque a manteiga e doure o brioche em fogo baixo dos dois lados. Retire e passe na canela e açúcar e sirva com goibada cremosa e uma bola de sorvete de queijo.

In a Teflon skillet, place the butter and brown the brioche over low heat on both sides. Remove and roll in cinnamon and sugar and serve with creamy guava paste and a scoop of cheese ice cream.
