Wheat flour2 cup
Butter100 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
Sugar1/2 cup
Chocolate powder1 cup
liquid milk1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Condensed milk395 g
Butter (Brigadier topping)1 tablespoon
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Chocolate sprinkles50 g
Nescau1 cup

In a mixer, beat the butter, eggs, sugar and Chocolate Powder until smooth.
Turn off the mixer, add the milk, flour, yeast and mix well.
Place in a round shape with a central hole (23 cm in diameter) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour, and take it to the medium-high oven (180°C), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
Wait for it to cool and unmold
Roof
In a pan, place the condensed milk, the Nescau and the butter.
Mix well and take to medium fire, for about 8 minutes or until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well.
Wait for it to cool and make a layer of brigadeiro all around the cake and the rest put it in the central hole, so that it drains slightly.
Decorate with sprinkles
