  • Semi-sweet or milk chocolate bar500 g
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Chocolate or chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave if you prefer.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into the truffle molds, but leave a little to seal the truffles at the end.
  3. Make 2 layers of chocolate and put it in the fridge.
  4. In a pan, place the condensed milk, cream, chocolate or chocolate powder and the margarine.
  5. On low heat, stir until it becomes a creamy brigadeiro. Don't let it curl up.
  6. Place in the fridge to cool completely and get even more consistency.
  7. Once cooled, place the filling in the truffle molds that already contain the chocolate and then seal the truffles with the remaining melted chocolate.
  8. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden the chocolate. Carefully unmold and the truffles are ready.
