  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Chocolate powder 50%4 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. After melting, put it in the egg shape and put it in the fridge to harden.
  3. In the meantime, let's make the filling.
  4. In a pan put the condensed milk, milk cream, chocolate powder and margarine.
  5. With the fire low, keep stirring until you get a brigadier point. It takes an average of 10 minutes.
  6. Then place the stuffing in the fridge to cool well.
  7. Then take the chocolate out of the mold and add the filling after it has cooled and decorate as you wish.
