- Wheat flour300 ml
- Milk259 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Butter250 g
- Brigadeiro to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In the mixer, put the sugar, butter and eggs and beat for 5 minutes, then put the milk and wheat flour beat for another 3 minutes, finally put the yeast and stir with a spoon.
- Take a form for the pool cake, and grease it well, then put the dough and put it to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- When the cake cools, remove it from the mold and place the brigadeiro on top.
- Note: if you don't have the form for a pool cake, place the cake in a small round shape, measure 5 centimeters from the edge and remove 10 centimeters from the top of the cake, leaving the 5 centimeters from the edge.
