  • Milk259 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Butter250 g
  • Brigadeiro to taste
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In the mixer, put the sugar, butter and eggs and beat for 5 minutes, then put the milk and wheat flour beat for another 3 minutes, finally put the yeast and stir with a spoon.
  2. Take a form for the pool cake, and grease it well, then put the dough and put it to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  3. When the cake cools, remove it from the mold and place the brigadeiro on top.
  4. Note: if you don't have the form for a pool cake, place the cake in a small round shape, measure 5 centimeters from the edge and remove 10 centimeters from the top of the cake, leaving the 5 centimeters from the edge.
