Adicione a manteiga na panela e mexa até que ela derreta e vire um líquido 

Add the butter to the pan and stir until it melts and becomes a liquid.

Em seguida, coloque todo o leite condensado e mexa junto a manteiga

Then add all the condensed milk and mix with the butter.

Por fim, adicione o achocolatado em pó e continue mexendo sem parar.

Finally, add the powdered chocolate and continue stirring without stopping.

Mexa até o fundo desgrudar da panela.
