- condensed milk400 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Cherries20 unit(s)
- Granulated100 g
- In a pan add condensed milk, cream and cocoa powder. Always stir over low heat until you reach the point of brigadier (when you unglue from the bottom of the pan)
- Clean the cherries and set aside
- Portion the brigadeiro, make a ball and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Add the cherry and roll it up again, shaping it into the brigadeiro
- Pass on the sprinkles and then just enjoy
