  • Sugar2 cup
  • Eggs (whites and yolks separated)4 unit(s)
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Chocolate3/4 cup
  • Warm water3/4 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa chocolate liqueur200 ml
  • Water100 ml
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate sprinkles200 g
  1. Prepare the dough: beat 2 cups (tea) of sugar with the yolks, then add the oil, 3/4 cup (tea) of chocolate milk dissolved in warm water and, finally, the flour.
  2. Beat the dough well, remove from the mixer and add the beaten egg whites.
  3. Gently mix and add the baking powder.
  4. Light to bake in greased and floured shape in oven, preheated to 180°C.
  5. Prepare the syrup: in a pan, mix the cocoa liquor, water and 3 tablespoons of sugar and bring to a boil.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Unmold the cake and cut it in half.
  8. Poke holes in the cake with a fork and drizzle with the syrup.
  9. Prepare the filling and topping: in a pan, mix the condensed milk, 5 tablespoons of chocolate milk and the margarine, bring to a boil until thickened, stirring constantly.
  10. Make sure it has a soft consistency.
  11. Fill and cover the cake.
  12. Sprinkle with the granulated chocolate.
