  • Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk (can or box)395 g
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate100 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • whipped cream200 g
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate100 g
  • Sour cream50 g
  • Chocolate sprinkles to decorate.1 tablespoon
  • Powdered milk2 tablespoon
  • Icing sugar2 tablespoon
  • Yellow food coloring to taste
  1. In a mixer, beat the butter, the eggs, add the sugar and then add the chocolate cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. Turn off the mixer, add the liquid milk alternating with the wheat flour. Finally, add the baking powder and baking soda. Mix everything very well.
  3. In a round shape with a central hole (23 cm in diameter) greased with wheat and sprinkled with wheat flour, add the cake batter and place in a medium oven (200 degrees celsius), preheated, for approximately 40 minutes.
  4. Wait to cool down to unform.
  5. For the filling, heat a pan with condensed milk, semisweet chocolate and butter over medium heat. Mix well and cook for approximately 8 minutes or until it degrades from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Turn off the fire, add the cream of milk mixing slightly. Wait for it to cool down to add the brigadeiro in the center of the cake.
  7. Beat the chantilly in the mixer together with the coloring (optional), the powdered milk and the icing sugar, until it is firm. And cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
  8. Melt the chopped bittersweet chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring quickly. Add 50 g of cream. When it turns into a shiny ganache, distribute it in the center of the cake, decorating as you wish. Finish with the sprinkled chocolate.
