- Condensed milk395 g
- Dark Chocolate100 g
- butter1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- chocolate sprinkles to decorate50 g
- PASTA:
- In a mixer, beat the butter, eggs, sugar and Chocolate Powder until smooth.
- Turn off the mixer, add the milk, flour, baking powder and bicarbonate and mix well.
- Place in a round shape with a central hole (23 cm in diameter) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour, and take it to the medium-high oven (200°C), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
- ROOF:
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, semisweet chocolate and butter.
- Mix well and take to medium fire, for about 8 minutes or until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well.
- Wait for it to cool and make a layer of brigadeiro all around the cake and the rest put it in the central hole, so that it drains slightly.
- Decorate with the sprinkles.
