- corn starch2 tablespoon
- chocolate powder50 g
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- Make a syrup by mixing the sugar, salt, water and vinegar in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat.
- Let it boil until it starts to turn yellow.
- Remove from the heat and test the bullet point, put a little of the syrup in 100ml of cold water and see if it gets hard and crispy, if so, it's ready.
- Melt the butter in another heavy-bottomed pan over low heat, then add the sugar, salt, cornstarch and chocolate powder, always stirring until everything has dissolved, then add the condensed milk and let it cook non-stop. stirring until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Pour into a moistened plate and let cool.
- Roll the brigadiers with greased hands, take it to the fridge to cool, stick each ball on a toothpick, pass it in the syrup while still hot and let it dry on a styrofoam board to drain, put them in paper molds for sweets.
