- 100% Cocoa Powder Chocolate3 tablespoon
- Sour Cream4 tablespoon
- Granules200 g
- Place all the ingredients in a pan over medium heat. Always stir with a spoon, until the brigadeiro starts to detach from the pan. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat. Pass the brigadeiro on a plate greased with butter and cover with cling film and let it cool. With the help of a coffee spoon, take some of the brigadeiro dough and roll it, then pass it in the sprinkles, roll it again and put it in the paper basket to serve.
