Em uma panela coloque todos os ingredientes e misture bem até dissolver o chocolate em pó ,em seguida leve ao fogo médio para baixo e mexa sem parar até chegar no ponto Moisés.
Retire da panela coloque um uma travessa,cubra com papel filme e deixe esfriar em temperatura ambiente.
Depois leve a geladeira para gelar um pouco ou não depende da sua preferência,enrole passe no granulado e coloque em forminhas para servir em caso de festas ou em cima de bolos para decorar.

Obs* a quantidade depende do tango e peso de cada unidade de brigadeiro
