- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Confectioner's Sprinkles100 g
- In a pan, add the condensed milk, the cream, the chocolate powder and the margarine.
- Turn the heat to medium temperature, and keep stirring until the bottom of the pan appears.
- Wait for it to cool, after it cools, pass a little butter on your hand, put an amount of the brigadeiro equivalent to the size of the candy you want to make, roll it up and then pass it in the sprinkles, then put it in the mold. Serve ice cream!
