- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream cx200 ml
- Milk chocolate70 g
- Cocoa powder02 tablespoon
- Glucose (optional)1 tablespoon
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, mix the condensed milk, the cream, the cocoa and the glucose with a whisk.
- Place over low heat, mixing constantly (do not mix vigorously).
- When you notice that it is starting to unglue from the bottom of the pan, add the chocolate to the chopped milk.
- Keep stirring with a little more vigor until you notice that when you tilt the pan the brigadeiro starts to "double" at this point it's about to roll up!
- Grease a shallow dish, put the brigadeiro dough and cover with plastic film. Leave the film in contact with the brigadeiro dough and take it to the fridge to cool.
- Grease your hands with oil or butter and roll up to the desired size! Makes approximately 32 brigadiers of 15g.
