  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream cx200 ml
  • Milk chocolate70 g
  • Cocoa powder02 tablespoon
  • Glucose (optional)1 tablespoon
  1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, mix the condensed milk, the cream, the cocoa and the glucose with a whisk.
  2. Place over low heat, mixing constantly (do not mix vigorously).
  3. When you notice that it is starting to unglue from the bottom of the pan, add the chocolate to the chopped milk.
  4. Keep stirring with a little more vigor until you notice that when you tilt the pan the brigadeiro starts to "double" at this point it's about to roll up!
  5. Grease a shallow dish, put the brigadeiro dough and cover with plastic film. Leave the film in contact with the brigadeiro dough and take it to the fridge to cool.
  6. Grease your hands with oil or butter and roll up to the desired size! Makes approximately 32 brigadiers of 15g.
