- condensed milk200 g
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice Powder1 dessert spoon
- Unsalted butter1/2 tablespoon
- Cachaca20 ml
- Lime Zest to taste
- In a pan mix condensed milk, cream, juice and butter.
- Take to the low fire to cook always stirring for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cachaça, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve in glasses or small bowls and garnish with lemon zest.
