- Wheat3 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- In a mixer, beat the eggs, margarine and sugar. Until it's pretty smooth.
- After beating the first ingredients well, add the wheat flour and chocolate powder (sieved) and milk, and beat again.
- Finally add the yeast and just stir with a fouet. Put it in a greased shape and take it to the oven for about 40min at 200•c
- For the filling and topping. Put the two cans of condensed milk in a pan and the cocoa powder, and stir over low heat, until it comes off the pan.
- Finally, cut the baked cake in half, and place a part of the icing in the middle. And the rest of the frosting on top of the cake. If you prefer to take a part of the filling and make some brigadeiro balls to decorate on top of the cake and that's it! Makes 12 medium slices.
