- Mix everything in a pan over low heat.

- You can put the Nescau if you want and the amount you want, making it lighter or darker.
- If you want, you don't need to add Nescau either, making white brigadeiro
- You can also add food colorings of different colors, making a colorful brigadeiro without changing the flavor.
- (To make casadinho, just make a can of white brigadeiro for a can of black brigadeiro; you can roll it in regular white sugar (if it is this, it is good to hit the blender to get thinner) or icing sugar.
