Bata os ingredientes no liquidificador e coloque em uma forma de furo no meio própria para micro-ondas 

Blend the ingredients in a blender and place in a microwave-safe hole in the middle.

Leve ao micro-ondas na potência alta por 08 a 10 minutos  (se achar que o tempo do micro-ondas não foi suficiente acrescente mais alguns minutos até que fique firme. 

Take it to the microwave on high power for 08 to 10 minutes (if you think the microwave time was not enough, add a few more minutes until it is firm.

Espere esfriar e desenforme.
Decore com chocolate  granulado e sirva. 

Wait for it to cool and unmold.
Decorate with grated chocolate and serve.
