- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Milk bread (asleep) | 2 unit(s)
- Sugar | 300 ml
- Water | 100 ml
Recipe
- I add the condensed milk, liquid milk, bread and eggs. Blend for 10 minutes in a blender.
- While it is beating, bring the sugar to the low fire until it caramelizes. Once you get the caramelized result, turn off the heat and add water. It dissolves the caramel in the water until it forms a more liquid syrup, with low heat.
- With the help of a spoon, grease the sides and center of the mold with the syrup. Add the pudding and take it to the preheated oven in the bain-marie, covered with aluminum foil.
- Oven at 180 degrees
