  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Milk3 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  1. Place in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Caramelize a pudding mold, making the caramel with: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water.
  3. Place the blender mixture in the caramelized form.
  4. Bake in a pre-forgotten oven at 180 degrees in a bain-marie for about 40 to 50 minutes.
  5. Place in the fridge and serve chilled.
