Wheat flour2 tablespoon
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon
Eggs3 unit(s)
Milk (1 cup)200 ml
Lemon zest to taste1 to taste
Cloves and Cinnamon1 to taste
Sugar for syrup1 to taste

Soften the bread in the water and then drain all the water.
Beat the condensed milk, cornstarch (or wheat flour), butter (or margarine), eggs and milk in a blender.
Then mix everything with the bread without the water and add the lemon zest, a pinch of cloves and a pinch of cinnamon.
Pour the entire mixture into a caramelized form.
Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until golden.
