- Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon

- Milk (1 cup)200 ml
- Lemon zest to taste1 to taste
- Cloves and Cinnamon1 to taste
- Sugar for syrup1 to taste
- Soften the bread in the water and then drain all the water.
- Beat the condensed milk, cornstarch (or wheat flour), butter (or margarine), eggs and milk in a blender.
- Then mix everything with the bread without the water and add the lemon zest, a pinch of cloves and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Pour the entire mixture into a caramelized form.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until golden.
