Ingredients

  • Eggs | 04 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk | 01 can(s)
  • Sour cream | 01 unit(s)
  • Milk | 395 ml
  • French bread | 03 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 02 cup
  • Water | 1/2 cup

Recipe

  1. Make the syrup, in a pan put the sugar until it melts when it is golden add the water and let it boil until all the sugar melts (reserve)
  2. Place the other ingredients in the blender and blend well.
  3. Unite a form of pudding with the syrup, pour the beaten ingredients in the blender
  4. Take it to the oven in a bain-marie, preheated oven for 180grs
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden, do the toothpick test. serve ice cream
