- Condensed milk | 01 can(s)
- Sour cream | 01 unit(s)
- Milk | 395 ml
- French bread | 03 unit(s)
- Sugar | 02 cup
- Water | 1/2 cup
Recipe
- Make the syrup, in a pan put the sugar until it melts when it is golden add the water and let it boil until all the sugar melts (reserve)
- Place the other ingredients in the blender and blend well.
- Unite a form of pudding with the syrup, pour the beaten ingredients in the blender
- Take it to the oven in a bain-marie, preheated oven for 180grs
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden, do the toothpick test. serve ice cream
