- Milk2 cup
- Syrup Melt a cup of sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until you get a caramel. Tip: Do this process in a pan and then pour it into the pudding mold.
- In the blender place the milk, eggs, 1 cup of sugar and the breads. Mix until you get a smooth mixture. Pour into the already caramelized pudding mold. Place in a bain-marie oven to bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
