- Sugar to caramelize2 cup
- Place the leek bread in the milk for 10 minutes.
- Place the bread in the blender with all the other ingredients and beat until the egg smells and set aside.
- Melt the sugar and make a caramel syrup and put it in the bottom of the mold.
- Place the first one on top of the caramelized sugar and bake in a bain-marie until golden. Insert the toothpick to see if it is baked.
