Egg3 unit(s)
Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
Coconut milk1 l
grated coconut1 unit(s)
Sugar to caramelize2 cup

Place the leek bread in the milk for 10 minutes.
Place the bread in the blender with all the other ingredients and beat until the egg smells and set aside.
Melt the sugar and make a caramel syrup and put it in the bottom of the mold.
Place the first one on top of the caramelized sugar and bake in a bain-marie until golden. Insert the toothpick to see if it is baked.
