- Grated coconut (optional) to taste
- Milk1/2 l
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Caramelize the pudding mold with burnt syrup and add the blender mixture.
- Bring to the fire in a bain-marie for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until the pudding is consistent.
- Note : I like to put only the bread crumbs, because the crust can be very dry, dark or hard.
