  • Sugar220 g
  • Wheat flour220 g
  • Vanilla Essence15 g
  1. Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites, add the yolks to the few and lastly the sugar.
  2. Out of the mixer, add the wheat flour to the egg mixture, which must be sifted.
  3. Divide into two 15 cm shapes in diameter by 7 cm in height. The forms must be greased (only the bottom) with release agent, or with paper towel, or parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for +/- 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool. Wrap with plastic wrap and use the next day.
