- Vanilla Essence15 g
- Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites, add the yolks to the few and lastly the sugar.
- Out of the mixer, add the wheat flour to the egg mixture, which must be sifted.
- Divide into two 15 cm shapes in diameter by 7 cm in height. The forms must be greased (only the bottom) with release agent, or with paper towel, or parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for +/- 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Wrap with plastic wrap and use the next day.
