  • Coconut oil3 tablespoon
  • Erythritol2 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate 85% cocoa100 g
  • Cayenne Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  1. Preparation In a dish, place the grated coconut, the coconut oil, the erythritol and stir until firming mass; Put the previous mixture in silicone molds and leave it in the freezer for 3 hours;
