- Chopped semisweet chocolate450 g
- condensed milk150 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Strawberry Juice Powder20 g
- Nest milk3 tablespoon
- Whole strawberries250 g

- Chocolate sprinkles to decorate to taste
- I started by melting half the chocolate and spread it on the bottom and sides of the silicone mold and took it to the fridge. In the blender I beat condensed milk, milk cream, nest milk and strawberry juice. I took it to the fridge until it was very consistent.
- I removed the mold from the fridge and started filling the bonbon, a layer of mousse, a layer of strawberries, a layer of cake and so on until I filled the whole bonbon.
- Melt the rest of the chocolate and cover the bonbon and let it dry in the fridge.
- Developed and decorated with strawberries and chocolate sprinkles. To cut the bonbon without breaking it, I heated the knife beforehand.
