- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Gems4 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder 50%4 tablespoon
- Box of chocolates of your choice1 unit(s)
- Whipped cream1/2 l
- To make the white cream, we will use half the recipe
- In a blender, add: 300 ml of whole milk, 1 box of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- Sift 2 egg yolks and transfer to a blender
- Place over low heat and stir constantly until thickened.
- With the cream already cold, add 1/2 box of cream and incorporate well.
- Set aside while preparing the black cream
- For the black cream we will use the rest of the ingredients
- In a blender, add: 300 ml of whole milk, 1 box of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 4 tablespoons of 50% chocolate powder
- Sift the other 2 yolks in the blender
- Beat everything very well
- Place over low heat and stir constantly until thickened.
- With the cream already cold, add the other half of the milk cream box and incorporate well.
- Crush the chocolate bonbons with the aid of a hammer to tenderize meats or as you prefer
- With the chocolates already in pieces, take them to the freezer to firm up and start assembling.
- Transfer the white cream to a glass dish.
- Add a part of the chopped chocolates over the white layer.
- Add the black cream
- Whip the chilled whipped cream in a mixer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour the whipped cream over the black layer
- Finish with the rest of the chopped chocolates.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until completely frozen.
