  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Milk200 ml
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Melted butter2 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Whole eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Beat the eggs, butter, milk and coconut milk in a blender.
  2. Add the sugar, wheat flour and cornmeal to the blender.
  3. Add the yeast and mix lightly.
  4. Grease the baking dish with butter and flour and place the dough
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Now just eat your hot cornmeal cake!
