Cornmeal

Bater no liquidificador os ovos, manteiga, o leite e o leite de coco 

Beat the eggs, butter, milk and coconut milk in a blender.

Acrescentar no liquidificador o açúcar, a farinha de trigo e o fubá 

Add the sugar, wheat flour and cornmeal to the blender.

Colocar o fermento e misturar ligeiramente 

Untar a assadeira com manteiga e farinha e colocar a massa

Grease the baking dish with butter and flour and place the dough

Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 200°C e assar por 50 minutos 

Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 50 minutes.

Agora só comer o seu bolo bom-bocado de fubá bem quentinho!
