- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Margarine without salt1 tablespoon
- Available chocolate chips1 cup
- Orange zest to taste
- In the mixer put 2 cups of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 5 tablespoons of margarine and beat until it forms a cream. Disconnect. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and the Panettone essence. Turn on the mixer on minimum speed and gradually add the egg mixture. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients, the 3 cups of flour, the cornstarch and the yeast. Gradually put the flour mash and milk in the mixer until it runs out..on low speed. The dough gets heavy. Mix the orange zest The chocolate in likes mosure with wheat flour to envelop them, then sift and mix in the dough by hand. Put it in 2 greased shapes and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees after about 35 minutes.. Unmold for about 15 minutes and spoon the syrup on top and decorate with chocolate chips.
