Cornmeal cake

Bata no liquidificador 2 ovos inteiros, meio copo de óleo, 1 copo de leite, 1 copo de açúcar e 1 copo de fubá. Bata até ficar bem misturado.

Depois de bater, adicione um pacote inteiro de coco ralado e uma tampa de fermento em pó para bolo.

Bata de leve apenas para misturar os ingredientes e ficar homogêneo.

Despeje a massa para a forma untada com manteiga e farinha de trigo polvilhada.

Leve ao forno preaquecido a 200º por aproximadamente 30 minutos ou até espetar o palito e ele sair limpo.

In a blender, beat 2 whole eggs, half a glass of oil, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of sugar and 1 glass of cornmeal. Beat until well blended.

After beating, add a whole package of desiccated coconut and a cap of cake baking powder.

Beat lightly just to mix the ingredients and become homogeneous.

Pour the dough into the greased shape with butter and sprinkled wheat flour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for approximately 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
