- Sugar300 to taste
- Peel the aimpim and pass it in the crusher, if the dough gets too much water, strain it with a cloth.
- Now in the blender, put the eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar, coconut and butter if you need to put just a little bit of milk, or the water that comes out of the aimpim itself to help beat in the blender, beat for 5 minutes.
- Then mix the blender dough with the aimpim, put it in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
