Descasque o aimpim e passe no triturador,se a massa ficar com muita água,coe com um pano.

Peel the aimpim and pass it in the crusher, if the dough gets too much water, strain it with a cloth.

Agora no liquidificador coloque os ovos ,uma pitada de sal, açúcar o coco e a manteiga se precisar coloque só um pouquinho de leite,ou da água que sai do próprio aimpim pra ajudar a bater no liquidificador ,bata por 5 minutos.

Now in the blender, put the eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar, coconut and butter if you need to put just a little bit of milk, or the water that comes out of the aimpim itself to help beat in the blender, beat for 5 minutes.

Depois misture a massa do liquidificador com o aimpim, coloque em uma forma untada e leve ao forno pré aquecido por 50 minutos em 200 graus.

Then mix the blender dough with the aimpim, put it in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
