- Coconut milk or plain yogurt200 ml
- Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
- Almond or oat flour2 cup
- Blueberries100 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Kit Kat dark to taste
- Blueberries for decorating cake to taste
- Whey-free cream200 g
- Dark chocolate 70%200 g
- In a bowl or bowl, place the eggs and beat well until foamy.
- Add coconut milk, coconut oil and xylitol sweetener and mix well
- Pass the blueberries in the flour, add the flour and the blueberries to the liquid mixture and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with a little butter and oat bran.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Make the frosting: Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted add the cream and mix until it forms a smooth and shiny cream.
- Cover the cake, put some blueberries on top and pieces of the Kat dark kit
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
