Comece batendo no liquidificador o coco e o leite ,quando o coco tiver bem triturado coloque a manteiga,os ovos e o açúcares por mais 2 minutos,quando formar uma mistura bem homogênea acrescente a massa de Simpson,bata por mais 3 minutos ,se a massa  ficar dura não tem problema,pois a massa de aimpim vai soltar agua.
