- Frozen sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk200 ml
- Unflavored Gelatin Pack1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Water100 ml
- Preparation method (sauce) In a pan add the sugar and let it melt on the fire. When it starts to boil, slowly add the water and stir constantly. Turn off the fire. Add the syrup while still hot, in the mold and let it cool. Reserve.
- In the blender add the condensed milk, milk cream and beat for 2 minutes. Follow the instructions on the gelatin package and make it. Add the gelatin to the blender mixture and blend for another 1 minute.
- Add the mixture to the mold and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours. Ready.
