Blender Passion Fruit Cake

Beat eggs and 1½ cup sugar.
Add ¾ cup of passion fruit concentrate, ½ cup of oil and 1½ cup of wheat. hit well.
Add the yeast and beat some more.
Pour the dough in a greased and floured shape and take it to bake for 45 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°.
Do the toothpick test.
While the cake is baking prepare the syrup...
½ cup of concentrated passion fruit juice, ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup of water, the passion fruit pulp and the cornstarch in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the point of syrup.
Unmold the cake from warm to cold and cover with the syrup.
