- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk to dip the cake100 ml
- In the blender I added all the ingredients except the flour, baking powder and grated coconut. I beat until well blended, turned off the blender and added the flour and baking powder and only 100g of grated coconut, I reserved the rest for decoration.
- In a greased and floured shape I poured all the dough and baked for 40 minutes in a preheated oven. I took it out of the oven, pierced the whole cake with a toothpick and wet it with coconut milk, decorated with grated coconut.
