- 1 medium carrots, peeled and chopped3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Pinch salt1 to taste
- wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Syrup - Sugar6 tablespoon
- Chocolate6 tablespoon
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Gather all the ingredients for the dough;
- In a blender, add the carrots, oil and blend until smooth;
- Add the sugar, eggs, salt and beat until everything is incorporated;
- Transfer to a container and gradually add the flour and mix;
- Add the yeast and mix, gently, until incorporated;
- Pour the dough in a greased, floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180º C for about 40 minutes;
- Syrup preparation method Gather the ingredients;
- In a pan, add the sugar, chocolate powder, butter, milk, mix well and let it cook until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Unmold the cake, let it cool and pour the syrup over it, spreading it evenly.
