- Oil80 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Mash 3 bananas and set aside
- Place the remaining bananas, oil, screw fat, eggs and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add the mashed bananas and yeast and stir.
- Place in a greased shape with release agent or margarine and wheat flour and take it to the medium oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 30min.
- If you wish, you can add cinnamon, raisins, oilseeds or chocolate to the dough to add flavor.
